America’s most celebrated chef, Wolfgang Puck, has been known for decades for creating a proven, award-winning formula of exceptional and consistent cuisine, service and design. Here, at his Postrio restaurant, he presents a contemporary version of the classic “bar and grill” in a spectacular, new setting. The restaurant offers casual as well as sophisticated fine dining that can be enjoyed either as a relaxed, leisurely dining experience or as a comfortable, quick-bite.
The new menu accentuates Puck’s trademark standards for creating incomparable tastes and features soups, salads and small bites, wood-oven baked pizzas and calzone, handmade pastas, enticing entrees and meats and fish from the mesquite grill. Signature dishes include Trio of House-Made Sausages with roasted peppers and three mustards; the popular Lobster Club Sandwich on nine grain bread with Apple Wood smoked bacon; Beer Battered Fish and Chips with tartar sauce and cole slaw; House Made Lasagna with beef and sausage Bolognese; Prime Burger with Vermont cheddar and red onion marmalade; and Prime Ribeye Steak with brandy mustard sauce.
The café offers diners a festive, front row view of the Carnivale atmosphere on St. Mark’s Square. The newly remodeled dining room presents a stylish and contemporary décor with a rich color palate of chocolate brown, white plaster, rosewood and olive-green leather. A new stylish lounge, screened from the dining area, serves as a great place to see and be seen. The bar and lounge offer a dynamic wine list with new wine by the glass selections, many of which are exclusive to Wolfgang Puck restaurants. The bar features an expanded list of specialty beers and spirits and an updated signature cocktail menu with new creations.
Postrio is open daily for lunch and dinner. Private dining is available.
