The Grill at Valentino
For a more casual take on James Beard Award-winning Chef Luciano Pellegrini’s Italian cuisine, look no further than the Grill at Valentino. Lunch features a wide range of Italian tastes, from a simple, yet must-have grilled pizza topped with tomato sauce, fresh cheese and herbs; main course salads and hot Panini. Smaller portions of classic pasta dishes such as penne with spicy tomato sauce or gnocchi with meat sauce are also lunchtime favorites. For dinner, enjoy shrimp skewers, marinated T-bone steak flavored with rosemary, or salmon with Dijon mustard sauce straight from the Grill. Classic Italian favorites include veal osso bucco with saffron rice and lasagna alla Bolognese. The Grill also features nearly 30 wines available by the glass, as well as an amazing selection of bottles from iconic restaurateur Piero Selvaggio’s extensive wine list, which is continually named one of the top in the country by Wine Spectator magazine.
