Join us as we welcome over 30 eateries and eight James Beard Award-winning chefs to share their fare and techniques – from the imaginative Italian of Mario Batali to the fabulous French of Thomas Keller, the sensational seafood of Charlie Trotter to the dazzling dishes of Emeril Lagasse and crowd-pleasing creations of Wolfgang Puck.

*Carnival of Cuisine Club Grazie Redemption Rules

1. Patron must be a member of Club Grazie in order to redeem points for Carnival of Cuisine tickets.
2. Members must be at least 21 years of age or older.
3. 2,500 Club Grazie points may be redeemed for one ticket to the Carnival of Cuisine event. Points may be redeemed at The Venetian or The Palazzo Club Grazie booth. Points will automatically be deducted from the Club Grazie member’s account.
4. Club Grazie points may be redeemed from one account only. Split redemptions or redemptions from multiple accounts are not permitted.
5. Member may redeem Club Grazie points for a maximum of four Carnival of Cuisine tickets per account. Requisite Club Grazie points must be available.
6. Each Carnival of Cuisine ticket is valid for one day only. Guests will have the option of choosing which day they would like to attend this two day event (either August 30 or August 31, 2008).
7. Additional Carnival of Cuisine tickets may be purchased at The Venetian or The Palazzo ticket box offices for $50 each.
8. Tickets received via Club Grazie points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
9. Tickets are not for re-sale.
10. Proper identification along with a Club Grazie membership card must be presented when redeeming points.
11. Club Grazie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused tickets.
12. The Venetian and The Palazzo management reserves the right to cancel, change, or revise rules at any time, without notice.
13. All disputes and subsequent decisions by The Venetian and The Palazzo management are final and binding.
14. The Venetian and The Palazzo management reserves all rights.
